Extended Summary

Patchwork is a pitch for a Adult Animation Action Drama Series set on a the fictional world of Allione. Allione is a world broken and torn thanks to Great Magic Wars in the past. These magic wars changed the worlds ecology, geology, flora and fauna to drastic degrees. This results in the resentment and in most countries outright ban of magic.

With magic now outlawed, science and technology flourishes as the world enters a new industrial era. However, with reduction of magic comes a new feared power called Talents. Talents are an innate power utilized by the creatures of Allione. Talents are more specified and act similarly to superpowers, however Talents are based on the individual making them unique to each person that has them.

With the rise of Talents came a new criminal uprising. Many people took advantage of this situation and formed groups of "Professional Heroes" to deal with the newly dupped "Villain" threat. However, some of these groups decide to get their hands dirtier than others. The Bounty Hunters Guild was formed with a motto: "Work for Yourself and For the Highest Bidder"

Akiri and Irika, two sisters trapped in the same body, become bounty hunters out of spite for the corruption of the Hero Groups in Allione. Along the way the meet various people who form a bounty hunting group either out of spite for the current state of the world, or a genuine appreciation for what the girls are trying to accomplish. However, the only problem is that while Irika is a straight-laced, no nonsense girl who only cares about being able to put food on the table; her sister Akiri is a naive but golden-hearted spirit who wants to genuinely help everyone that they come across regardless of how dangerous or ill-advised it is. Will these two ever manage to see eye to eye?....probably not.
